Candidate API Overview

Features​

  • Allows the sign-up process defined by the web page and the integration,
  • Can be used to import candidates from other systems,
  • Eligibility can be decided by API consumer, or be handed off to the API,
  • Supports form builders that can send JSON to an HTTPS-endpoint.

Maintenance​

The Candidate API is an actively maintained feature of Trialbee Honey, receiving regular updates for efficacy enhancement.

Translation support​

Trialbee provides pre-existing system text translations for non-study specific content. However, these can be overridden following IRB/EC guidance or if the default language isn't suitable for a specific sign-up workflow or study.

For study-specific content, particularly the self-assessment questionnaire, translation is undertaken as part of the project scope.
