Widget Pages Configuration

Individual widget pages can be enabled or disabled to create a streamlined experience tailored to specific study requirements and target audiences, which can potentially increase conversion rates.

Configuration is done using Trialbee Honey as part of the study setup.

Full flow​

1. Welcome Page​

  • Study sign-up introduction and overview
  • Call-to-action to begin the assessment

2. Self-Assessment Questionnaire​

  • Dynamic question flow with branching logic
  • Progress indicator
  • Real-time validation
  • Immediate eligibility feedback upon completion

3. Site Selection (optional)​

  • Lists all participating sites
    • Mobile: List view
    • Desktop: Map and list view
  • Orders sites by distance, client-side to avoid privacy concerns, using the HTML5 geolocation API.

4. Contact Details Collection​

  • Triggered only for eligible candidates
  • GDPR/HIPAA compliant consent mechanisms using granular consents
  • Selective information gathering based on study requirements
  • Clear privacy policy presentation

5. Confirmation Page​

  • Information about the next steps

Page-specific configuration​

Information pages, including the Ineligible End page, are configured using Markdown, which allows for high flexibility around content. In addition, call-to-action buttons can accept non-widget specific exits such as navigation to external pages.
