Welcome to the documentation for the Trialbee Self-Assessment Widget — a user-oriented tool designed to streamline the sign-up process with a focused, data-driven approach.

The widget ensures sophisticated data collection and handling, providing significant respect to user privacy and data protection best practices. It's a carefully designed questionnaire solution which supports branching logics and instant candidate feedback. This mechanism restricts the collection of contact details to instances where candidates qualify based on their responses to the self-assessment questionnaire, thereby deeming them eligible.

Features​

The widget can present the following pages:

  5. Confirmation page

Individual pages can be turned on or off to deliver a faster experience and, in turn, increase conversion for some audiences.

Maintenance​

The widget is maintained by Trialbee. It may be automatically updated during the study enrollment period but will maintain current look-and-feel for each major version.

Translation support​

All non-study specific content has a pre-existing system text translation provided by Trialbee, but can be overridden following guidance from IRB/EC, or where the pre-existing language does not suit the specific sign-up flow or study.

Study-specific content, mainly the self-assessment questionnaire, is translated as part of the project.
